The problem

Many zones, many panels, no single view

In a plant or a store, heating, cooling, cold rooms and lights often run from separate panels. Nobody sees all of them at once, so a room that drifts out of its range, or heating left on in an empty area, is found late, usually by someone walking past.

Common situations

  • A cold room drifts warmer overnight, and nobody knows until the morning.
  • Heating keeps running in an area nobody is using.
  • Store lights and air conditioning stay on after closing time.

Outcomes

What you gain

What changes for the plant manager, the store team and the energy bill.

  • Each zone holds its temperature

Every production section has its own target temperature, and every room reports its temperature and humidity on one screen.

  • Problems found before they cost you

An alarm when a cold room or a zone gets too warm or too cold, day or night, instead of a surprise the next morning.

  • See where the energy goes

Consumption metered by production line, area or store, so you know what each part of the site uses.

  • Stores that open and close on time

Lights and air conditioning follow the opening hours, so the store is ready when the doors open and steps down when they close.
